HERGUARD is designed with privacy and safety at its core. The system roadmap emphasizes secure data transfer and storage, using encryption and secure APIs, aligned with GDPR and Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act (2022).

What this website collects

• We do not collect sensitive personal safety data through this marketing website.

Security measures

• Secure headers are enabled at the web layer.

• Basic rate limiting is applied to reduce spam/abuse.

Evidence handling (system-level)

The HERGUARD system roadmap includes secure storage of audio/video evidence (when enabled) in cloud storage, intended to support legal/investigative use.
